I have loved working here until this year. It's been a really difficult year and despite reaching out for help it's basically falling on me to fill any gap in our work and it's taking a toll on me. My hope is it gets better but it's really altered my views of the company.

The actual hourly rate I make.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers generally care about me while at work. Most tend to be nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team supports and helps each other. We have a bond that brings us together and makes us want to help each other. We joke around and chat casually and trust each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Right now, nothing makes me happy, and I look at each day as a new opportunity for my coworkers to make life here stressful, full of anxiety, and a place I don't want to be at.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is out of touch with what's wrong around here. I'm tired of seeing all these initiatives that go nowhere. It's annoying having to track my work in 3-4 trackers because new leadership has new ideas to help us track work. Our tech to do our jobs is cheap because of cost causing more issues.
