The leadership team is "all in" on the notion that we can't grow as a company unless we grow every member of our team. They're never trying to dumb things down to make them easier to manage, and they embrace the complexity of leading a company of diverse, intelligent and creative people.

There is no penalty to being distributed. What's more, it drives cross-office and interregional networks that virtually replicate that "in-office" experience and sometimes exceed it.
