Compensation is low across the board, I'm leaving on Friday for a 20% raise at another firm

My coworkers work like a team. We're there to support each other and grow as a group.

They clearly communicate their needs; in turn it makes my job much easier. When they have redlines, they are clear but also before they send them over, we have a quick 5-10 min call to review them which makes it much easier to understand.

The ability to work remotely, but availability of a local team member to connect with as necessary. Also, longevity of some relationships.
