Overall I really enjoy working for SWCA. I think after we improve CAD standards and CAD structure will be even better for overall work experience.

Working with the team and staying busy. Making progress on our projects
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses. I do wish it was a bit more because after taxes it cuts a bit chunk
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like all the pillars of SWCA, I feel like they represent who I am as a person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Blake, cares about my opinion and trust my skills as a CAD designer. I feel like he cares about my work life balance, and he is mindful to not over load me with work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They clearly communicate their needs; in turn it makes my job much easier. When they have redlines, they are clear but also before they send them over, we have a quick 5-10 min call to review them which makes it much easier to understand.
