Less than satisfactory. Putting up with abuse from high-earning coworkers and any client is considered part of the job, which leads to burnout and the feeling of a toxic work environment, both of which I experience at this company. Formal complaints go nowhere and bad behavior goes unpunished

I enjoy my job and no plans to leave but the work can be too intense and stressful (with the amount of tasks to be completed by the set deadline being too much). I know I can get paid much higher at other companies doing the same job with less of the intensity, which is the reason people quit.

The insurance is very bad with insane copays even at the second-to-top tier, which is also very expensive. SWCA is known to pay below-industry standards to CRM people and the titling process seems to have only ingrained this trend further. It is also extremely hard to get a raise.

I know that I am making 10-15k less per year than others at different companies doing my level of work or less, and this is disheartening to me. The reason I stay is because I love my colleagues.

I see a lot of new hires brought in at higher pay levels than experienced employees even though they lack advanced degrees and experience. Promotions seem arbitrary, not related to performance reviews, work, etc. Work on pay transparency and equity.
