I enjoy my job and no plans to leave but the work can be too intense and stressful (with the amount of tasks to be completed by the set deadline being too much). I know I can get paid much higher at other companies doing the same job with less of the intensity, which is the reason people quit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

That I am good friends with several coworkers, and getting a regular paycheck.

Their knowledge and experience, and most of them are easy to get along with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The easy access to so many great and knowledgeable coworkers and that I am learning something new every week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that the leadership team both at my local office and the company as a whole are investing in me but also listens to me and values my opinion, which I think is not common for most companies. I feel comfortable reaching out them when I need support.
