My insurance is decent and my pay is very competitive.

I believe corporate overstandardization of roles and pay scales hurt smaller offices where employees must complete the job description of multiple people

increase pay to better keep up with inflation
Being paid a livable wage, having a retirement plan that was actually valuable for non managers
I believe i take on more work than my position and am not adequately compensated for that effort.
As a fulltime employee I qualify for affordable housing as I do not make the states determined living wage. I believe SWCA does not do enough to adjust compensation for the markets in which people need to live, especially those who do not have the benefit of working remote because of job obligations
Hard workers and each have a fair assessment of what they are required to do and the compensation and requirements of these roles

Having clear instructions and enough time and budget to complete the work.
There is not enough time allowed for training. The speed at which work must be done is currently unattainable for me at my current level.
Its largely making sure full time employees have at least 40 hours and do not have to use pto to cover their hours to ensure 40.
The C suite thinks that they understand their employees but really they just have their heads in the sand.
