Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Matching industry rates and time off.

It feels stagnant when it comes to performance and compensation. Being able to get to that next level is difficult even though performance says that next level is right there

I believe I am under-used... not necessarily undervalued. My compensation has NOT kept with inflation or industry standards (even considering total rewards) and it is edging toward difficult not seeking other opportunities.

Salary has not kept pace with cost of living OR inflation. Cash is king. Inflation in the last 1.5 years has made many "total rewards" offering less a priority. Many total rewards are not preferred over salary increases. Existential total rewards does not translate as a priority

We are able to interoperate together. There is redundancy built in.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the Gives Back programs. I think it's amazing that it's just not Corporate Staff who does the Gives Back programs. That all across the US, at all of our offices, we all do something to give back to the community. And that we are able to take time away from work to participate.

Being part of an ESOP.

It sounds cliche, but I really do feel like we are a family. Don't get me wrong, not like your home family, but in the sense that everyone seems to treat each other with respect and everyone wants others around them to be successful and happy.

Just knowing that even though I feel like I am some small part of the team, that people all across the company reach out to me and tell me I am doing an amazing job or that they appreciate my help.
