I am so glad that I was given the opportunity to work here and make a difference. I don't feel like I make much of a difference or impact, but when I hear from the higher ups talk about me and how my name is being brought up over and over, for good reason, it makes me proud of myself!

All of it! It's way better than most companies.

They all make you feel like you are family. They are so supportive and caring.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just knowing that even though I feel like I am some small part of the team, that people all across the company reach out to me and tell me I am doing an amazing job or that they appreciate my help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the Gives Back programs. I think it's amazing that it's just not Corporate Staff who does the Gives Back programs. That all across the US, at all of our offices, we all do something to give back to the community. And that we are able to take time away from work to participate.
