The RealReal: This company hires and promotes "leaders" that seriously fall short on leadership. If you do not fit the mold you will be managed out, this place is riddled with favoritism and politics. Many of the directors behave terribly and gossip about partners and peers. High turnover for a reason. BEWARE!!!

Powdr Corp: Not, that great, I only remain so my wife and I can be insured. The resort I work at constantly hires out instead of hiring qualified individuals within while times hiring people with no experience in their particular field as full time year round leadership roles.

I lost a lot of trust for my manager after the experience and even considered finding another job. I talked to him and we resolved the issue.

ProMach: I have nothing but good things to say about the management and executive team at Serpa. Sometimes it is a bit of an isolated on an island feel when I am out in the field but my manager is always willing to join in on calls to help.
Rotech Healthcare: Your customer service. The Melbourne FL never answers their phone OR returns there calls. Their customer service is the worst ever and i'd never recommend thrm to anyone!

Esurance: After 2 full weeks I have NOT received an update, response or contact from anyone from the company regarding any type of compensation for my "loss of use" or providing a rental while my car is being repaired. Exceptionally poor customer service
