Overall, I'm mostly happy working here, but it's far off from the best place I've ever worked. I just think the company needs to offer more opportunities for anonymous feedback from employees than just once a year (during one of the busiest 2 week periods, so I'm sure not everyone even participated)

The leadership team seems to have a really great, realistic, and mostly-attainable goals. The execution is a little rocky, but we will "get there."

The ERGs are doing some amazing work. Also, most everyone is friendly and communicative, it somehow manages to feel like a family even though we are still mostly-remote and spread across the continent (like a real extended family might be, I suppose).

My team is actually probably the best team I've ever worked with. It took my manager some work to get there though, hiring-wise (#1 candidate for "Understatement of The Year"). We work well together, have very open communication, and we all have good knowledge about the work we're doing.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
Compensation is on the low end to begin with, then at quarterly all-hands meetings the HR Team talks about how much they've invested in talent. Must only be going to new hires & those getting promoted: they REFUSE to give cost of living increases & it's VERY hard to earn even a 3% annual increase.

I don't feel heard, the company only cares to hear feedback once a year with their Employee Engagement Survey and it takes them MONTHS (sometimes a year or longer) to actually see any action out of them. Also, when we find an issue, it is difficult to get anyone to accept fault so it can be remedied
