What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone I work with seems to really "get" the mission we serve. Many are prior users of the software, so we understand the mission, the clients, and each other.

We have ERGs that are hyper focused on company culture and proving space for growing you as a person, a professional, and giving you a space to expand your network and experiences.

I feel as if there is an attempt to create a culture of transparency between leadership and the teams. How actually effective it is varies, but at least there is an effort.

There is no culture, so having any culture would be an improvement.

Find a CEO with a good plan and keep him/her in place. Fire all the woke managers and ELT members that the last CEO hired. Trying to turn the company into a woke company did nothing but divide the employees. Start with Alana in payroll!!!

More efficient training, more specified training to the department and team you are joining. That will make sure certain team members are not carrying the weight of the entire team and everyone can contribute equally
