I admire the leadership's adherence to our values. To me, CentralSquare is becoming all of the things that the modern workforce should be: flexible, open, and community-focused. It is a relief that under their guidance, the attitude of "we've always done it this way" doesn't drive them.

All of it together shows they company cares for me and my family

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company needs to be paid fairly. I have several years of experience, and I'm still paid entry-level, meanwhile, there are sub-par executives/leaders that make quadruple what I make. No disrespect, it's just a fact.

In the five years that I have been here, I have seen many people leave the company. A lot of them eventually regret it, saying specifically "I miss the people."; the caliber of people that work here remains unmatched to anywhere else I've been.

CentralSquare is fostering an environment where you can truly be comfortable to bring your whole self to work. Things like "oh, they are just like that" or "they didn't mean it that way" are not tolerated. It means I can be myself and focus on my job. It allows me to enjoy my job more.
