The work environment is ok overall. I think there's some hypocrisy in HR. I think the leadership and culture at CST has improved overall. I'm not quite sure if the companies that own CST really genuinely care about the company at all though.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the fact they don't micromanage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unlimited paid time off and alternating Fridays off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team mates are approachable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Career development would be nice. Also... just to be honest the "care" and "encouragement" people mention feels a bit forced and not entirely genuine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company needs to be paid fairly. I have several years of experience, and I'm still paid entry-level, meanwhile, there are sub-par executives/leaders that make quadruple what I make. No disrespect, it's just a fact.
