Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not necessarily feel undervalued. I feel like we could hire more support and maybea few more Account managers

Salary is at or below market average for similar roles and local competitors. Compensation (commission) does not align with current product line up. Account managers cannot attain ARR goals if 90% of our client base are Perpetual and license based products.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They encourage "work hard / play hard" as well as work / life balance. Unlimited PTO also allows us freedom to ensure we are able to do what we need to do, when we need to do it!

I love working in a remote environment, however there are times where you wish you could see your co-workers in person. CentralSquare offers many options to serve those individuals that want more interaction. The tools we have access to, along with local events planned can offer the perfect mix!
