I've had no complaints so far. My boss is fair and keeps an open dialogue for questions. My mentor goes above and beyond to ensure I understand what I'm doing. And other coworkers on the team and off are upbeat and friendly.

ELT and managers need to realize that their decisions affect people's lives.......especially our stress levels. Don't make rash decisions that require employees to instantly shift focus and put off other priorities that will still have to be done in a timely manner. Stress LITERALLY kills!
