The company is still growing, from an entry level there is lots of opportunity. As you continue to grow, the responsibility grows and it's important we continue to think about that development at the higher level. It's harder to move forward, but the impact is more valuable. Overall Excellent

I think the company does it's best to review standards across the board, however as we grow we should try to proactively identify improvements we can make to compensation and benefits and invest in those things in a proactive manner.
