The company for many years was a 9/10 recommendation, however, with recent consolidation of development specialties along with team downsizing and reorganization I feel the culture is shifting.

I have a team but run two buildings mostly by myself. I feel that for my skills and the amount of effort I put in my job, I should make more; but more than anything, I feel that my annual raises are too little to keep up with rising inflation and I can't support my family.

Sometimes there is too much micro-management from executives that flows down through the management chain to individual contributors. It would help to have better expectations of what information is needed at each level of management and especially what is NOT needed.
