My managers have been very understanding and open with me. If I have an issue or need assistance, I do not hesitate to reach out to any one of them. At other jobs I felt hesitant to ask questions but since being here I have been met with nothing but acceptance, allowing me to feel comfortable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do feel that the pay is a little low for the position. There are leveling factors that make it manageable since it is WFH, which is great and definitely what I need. However, I feel it should be a little more (maybe a $2/hr increase) based on the level of responsibility we are given.

Nothing about my training experience has made any sense to me. I got hired as a customer service rep and have spent all of training (6/6 to 6/22) being trained to be a loan advisor. After I said I could not do collections.
