
Everyone is very nice and wants to help.
For the amount of work I do and requirements involved, I don't believe we are at Market value.
I'm not completely sure who my Leadership team is or where they are. They should be more easily identifiable.
Requirements for calls cause me a lot of anxiety and stress. It doesn't feel natural and should feel more like helping.
Managers attempt to be positive but it feels very manufactured. There are a lot of positive aspects but there's no time to really utilize anything because it's back to being on the phone.
