Acknowledge the work that your dealership teams do to actually move the cars and underwrite your loans. Leadership could do more to understand what we do on our lots, and how we deal with customers instead of just focusing on metrics.

Everyone doesn't work at corp office. People in the field don't receive any of the perks and are underpaid. Bonuses and workforce were severely cut, while responsibilities were increased. Pay needs to reflect recent inflation and responsibilities.

I would like more input in process changes at the dealership level and more opportunites to make addtional money. We go out everyday and put ourselves on the frontline for the company. Sometimes we fall short of our goals and its outside of our control.

It's been pretty labor intensive since losing support staff. I leave physically and mentally drained. Former colleagues that have left for similar roles at other companies make significantly more.

I need them to understand that we all make mistakes and Rome wasn't built in a day. I am not going to come out of training a pro. Just because I don't understand doesn't mean that I am not trying. Maybe be a little nicer on constructive criticsm. We all have feelings.
