Medidata: I started working for Medidata remotely during the pandemic, so I imagine my experience isn't exactly typical. I've had great contact with peers and leaders and been made to feel as part of a team. My work is valued and I'm regularly appreciated for my contributions. The company's goals are noble.

ProMach: I've been here a long time, I seen it good and I've seen it bad. I've seen great people go and some retired. I'm proud to work here and represent my company with suppliers, customers or people I meet out side of the business. We all have the same goals to make the customer keep coming back.

Hub Group: Overworked and underpaid. My team was full of hard working, talented, and fun people, however, overtime is expected to keep things operating at leadership's level of expectations. Poor compensation and little true appreciation or even acknowledgement of a job well done. Nepotism=disconnected leaders
DataRobot: Overall it has been ok. Occasionally feels like too much busy work with multiple goal setting tools, process improvement trackers, MBOs, goals OKRs, etc. We need more time to be able to actually make the improvements and catchup from the perpetual backlog. Still many manual processes.
LTCG: Very autonomous position with a Managet that trust you and helps when asked. I feel valued and that my experience means something to the company. Innovative. Just slow to recognize and implement improved processes.
Atmos Energy: Actually agreeing with customer instead of back tracking on there phone conversation a day before that everything was handled. And then turn around and blame it on customer the next day. Ridiculous!!!!!
Medallia: Medallia has a proper onboarding and enablement toolkit in place and that makes it easier for me to understand the product and my job. And the people are very welcoming and helpful.

Bellin: I've been promoted 3 times in my 9 years' of employment. They treat their employees well, provide a generous PTO package and actually promote taking time off, and provide annual increases. Great company to work for.

CentralSquare: Overall, pretty good. Frustrated with knee-jerk decisions, and lip service about employee work/life balance. If you truly believe that......then prove it! Don't keep overloading your employees. That especially goes for managers. Stop requiring so much extra time/administration tasks.

They should also make sure to explain where they were a few years ago and how they plan to change it and what they are doing to make those changes. There needs to be more organization and documentation when it comes to solutions

MINDBODY, Inc.: These people cannot figure out how to allow my customers to schedule appointments online. I have four appointment types (hardly complex), and you can only schedule on online. No one in the entire company can help me fix it. So, day after day after day - my business suffers.

They did not reimburse me for out-of-pocket expenses. They expect way too much and give you almost nothing. Do not work here
carsales: My voice is heard and I have a real opportunity to make change. Also we now have the autonomy to choose our working location which is great as there's no forced return to the office for us. It makes you feel really trusted as an employee.
One Digital: Customer service is very good
Mercury Insurance: Was rear ended and the police report stated I was 50% responsible. However went to arbitration where the person representing Mercury and myself single highhandedly was able to convince them that I was 100% responsible. Willful or gross negligence comes to mind. And no recourse.
