Management says there are no compensation plans that include stock options/RSU, but that is a lie. Expected to bill 100%. Overwork
CohnReznick: Overall, I truly enjoy working at CR. My leadership is great to work with and they really care about me and my colleagues. This makes it very easy to provide my very best for the firm and enjoy my daily work. Beyond that, we have a great work/life balance with the 20 paid holidays and PTO allotment!

GitLab: Dysfunctional at the top with a revolving door of leadership in the Marketing organization. Company values don't apply to leadership and disagreeing will get you shown the door. GitLab is well below industry benchmarks in regards to salary. Regularly, people are quitting for $30K+ more.
GoHealth: Leadership means micromanaging, tocic work tactics. Less and less excited to open my laptop. They blame your for not selling crap leads but take all the credit for your convrrsion. Constantly threatening to give corrective action and no one is ever on the sane page. Worst managers ive ever seen

Vacasa: Vacasa misleads property owners. Contractually charge 25% management fee, but add hidden "booking fees" (in addition to AirBnb, VRBO, etc. fees) Results is overpriced property, bad guest satisfaction. Worse, these fees are not disclosed to the owner. Net is roughly 35-40% management fee.
