IBM: I'm just exhausted, but I stick around because other coworkers whom I appreciate and like will be completely overloaded if I leave. Folks on the ground have a better sense of the problems than people at the top, but I don't think they're being heard.

There is no accountability for anyone, and when issues are brought up, I'm basically told there is nothing that can really be done and to just fix it. I am a repair technician, there is only so much I can fix. I don't get paid enough to deal with this BS
