LG Electronics North America: LG is a solid company for self-confident people. There is no onboarding process for any position. I recently was promoted and there was no onboarding of how to do the new job. But I will figure it out and conquer. Why LG is good for me.

Tenable: Tenable is a company that hires employees that want to work hard, values ideas and implements strategies to retain top talent.
UiPath: A lot of work, smart colleagues, a lot of things to learn, little space to set healthy boundaries

LG Electronics North America: Company is great and amazing with benefits and work. But you sacrifice your social life and take in loads of stress dealing with strict non helpful management.

Squarespace: I love working at Squarespace. While projects have their challenges, every work place does and should. Having challenges and issues allowed you to grow and have a better work ethic.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen: Terrible, below minimum wage, takes away your breaks, boss screams at everyone, doesn't pay you the amount of hours you work, hires minors just to abuse them, 15 year old work 30 hours in a week, would never recommend

LG Electronics North America: The people are great, the benefits top-notch, the cutting edge technology is brilliant- but it seems the 3-5 year rotations are more of a hindrance to ever resolving system issues that continue to be a source of decrease productivity. Slow paying sales bonuses is costing us great talent as well.
Better: A start up that never got started due to incompetence of C-level executives.

RingCentral: Honestly, I am worried that quite a lot from the ETeam has resigned already. It gave a sudden nodge to myself that I should start worrying about my career. Right now that even Faiza already left.

Axon: Working at Axon is more challenging that I expected, but it is also more fulfilling than expected. I love my job.

Reddy Ice: They are a cancel culture mentality. Executives only care about their bonus. You are just a means for their money
UiPath: Great culture, very nice people and impactful work. Onboarding is too fast. Please give more time to prople to learn snd immerse themselves before starting to push too hard. Three months is usual in most companies instead of 3 weeks here ;-)

LG Electronics North America: It's all been positive, even through a pandemic.
Primerica: Having a position at Primerica is mediocre at best for the laymen. If you're not in the socialite circle then you're probably not getting paid much.
LG Electronics North America: I like what the company produces, I like the work I do and the people I work with both internally and externally. It is unfortunate that there really is no career path. I am sure this is very important to most employees and is not being addressed.
RingCentral: Overall it has been good. It did start very rocky. I felt kind of fed to the wolves (mostly due to timing of my hire around the holidays) but other teammates surrounded me and helped me get up to speed.
Momentum Solar: Have customer service follow up - enough of not being able to move an issue to a supervisor. Have service call when someone is coming out - not surprise us. (happened more than once). Read emails from power company and do not turn on system without approval). Better communication.
LG Electronics North America: Prior to January 2020 LG was an amazing work/career experience. With the move to the cloud, stripping us of key tools such as Outlook, storage capacity, and speed - and then the never-ending layering on of needless, senseless process and procedure, productivity, pride, and creativity no longer exist

LG Electronics North America: Great company with strong benefits...the fixed compensation is below market but the variable compensation can be excellent. The benefits are excellent and the overall quality of products is as well. A challenge is the processes and accounting procedures where customers are very frustrated.
LG Electronics North America: I have been in 3 departments in 2 years. It's not been easy to adjust to culture and to the environment compared to American owned companies. The biggest issue is the internal competition and the direction from top down. Many LG employees are only executioners, waiting on VP approval-not strategic.
Axon: I have worked for Axon for 5-1/2 years and we constantly get better every day. Literally every year we are changing and its always been for the better. I have never looked back and said, I wish it was 2020 again or 2019 again. I love this year and look forward to next year being better!!!

LG Electronics North America: I'm satisfied with my work now across the board. I think there are some discrimination among entities in US. For instance, some companies support lunch and mobile expenses whereas some don't or support partially.

Do as you're told. They're also very reactive vs proactive, so you'll suffer until their spreadsheets proves you right.
Medela: Medela has been a wonderful opportunity for me and my family for many years which I am eternally grateful, however, since 2015 with the decline of the "Medela Culture", the long term forecast for Medela's future, hope, & opportunity for both customers & employees is declining. Innovation is gone!

2K: It started great, I felt there was a lot of potential to grow as an employee and possibly uncover more opportunities. But now I feel overworked and underpaid. There has been no movement although my superiors tell me they appreciate me and rely on me. That's where it ends. 1 raise equaling $.75/hr.
Talend: Extremely friendly and positive with plenty of opportunity. Growth organisation so you need to be resourceful at times.

2K: A company that truly cares about its employees. As someone who recently joined they operate in with an open door policy and are very inviting during the onboarding process. On top of that the employees are extremely talented and skilled and the level of work is reflected in that.

The Hillman Group: Fantastic people, good products but the systems and processes they choose to use make the job much more difficult than it needs to be. The other negative is very little focus on strategy and much more on execution.

Global Industrial Company: Serious issues with retainment of current employees and growing lower level employees upward; no career path unless individual is consistently vocal. New management brought into the organization does not have clear defined expectations, thus causing significant frustration and organizational trust.
Insight Global: It is an extremely challenging environment that provides amazing support if you really trust in the process and leadership. It's hard work but extremely rewarding personally, professionally, and financially. The company continues to innovate and it's inspiring to be a part of.

IBM: HashiCorp is a unique company. It's so nice to be a part of a highly technical business that is focused on building products for customers. Focused on retention and treating people well. Very inclusive.
UiPath: Love the atmosphere, the people, the market and the products, however we need to make sure we stay on track and do not lose our motivation.
Invitation Homes: Feedback from employees is not encouraged, not even for processes which are not streamlined. The workload is excessive, no one is on the same page, and understaffed.

U.S. Dermatology Partners: Overall it's positive due to my work relationship with my provider. I do feel lack of communication is an ever occurring issue.Lack of positive reinforcement for employees that care and show up to give the best care to our patients. Once a year you're given feedback you read online, not in person.

UiPath: they are open, honest, caring, and human.
