CSC: The company cares more about it's outlook than it's own employees. Team members are underpaid and not valued. Uppermanagement doesn't communicate or listen well.
Motive: Performance-based compensation increases were in the low single digit percentages (marginally above inflation/cost of living adjustments) for me and many tenured teammates I know, with no increases in equity.

Plenty of opportunity to excel, even today, when we're nearly 3,000 people, which is completely insane when you think about it. But there's just so much to do for our customers.

Employees are treated as if they are expendable, and all talk is about growth in sales and training, but they have taken away all of the bonuses for anyone outside of the management/exec teams. They also have not given raises for entire departments in years.
