Then there were days I was told I wasn't on the schedule. The next day I was asked why I didn't show up for work.

U.S. Renal Care: They work you like a robot. no concern for patient safety. NOT a full time job if your looking for a 40 hr per week. make yourself comfortable with at least 36 hours and have to use pto to cover full 40. no holidays. and make sure dont have a life to accomodate the company.

Smartsheet: I have been more happy here than any company I have previously worked at. The only downside is some of the benefits which caused me to almost not accept the position. The PTO and no 401k match is a huge disadvantage however, our healthcare and dental are very competitive benefits.

Smartsheet: I am relatively new here, and it has been a largely positive experience. It is the work environment and company that I feel most comfortable working in. There are information and process gaps due to the rapid growth, but that's par for the course in software.
Smartsheet: I was thrown into a position where I had to learn multiple systems/processes in less than a few days. I have many many many responsibilities both internally and for customers. I love the fast paced environment because it forces me to improve in different skillsets on the fly
Smartsheet: I like the people at the company a tremendous amount. I like the work, but I wish we were allowed to deliver quality work rather than feature after feature after feature (usually "faster horse" than innovation). I would love the single-threaded leader on my team to be my manager or director.
Smartsheet: Smartsheet's hiring process was very transparent and, having been here for almost a month, it was everything I was told it would be and more. Everyone works hard and is highly motivated to do good for our company, but also respects boundaries. It's an exciting, high-growth time for us!

Smartsheet: I love Smartsheet, I'm so glad I decided to join. One thing I'll say is our PTO is remarkably stingy for a knowledge-worker company. 15 days is kind of a joke in this area, and is a big benefits-gap and will eventually (2-3 years) become a retention issue for me.
