While they can't connect with every single employee, they definitely make it clear that they care about every one of us. There's open communication, positive actions taken to ensure a quality culture, and plenty of team-focused motivation.

Almost everyone is friendly, supportive, and not arrogant. People willingly make time and share what they know to help.
