Review from Marketing Dept
I've been really happy so far and I'm excited about the future
Review from Marketing Dept
Chaotic and unclear. Not sure what I'm working towards despite asking for clarity often.
Review from Marketing Dept
setting clear goals; communicating often with employees
Review from Marketing Dept
The leadership team has set clear goals for this fiscal year, which make it easy to understand the company's priorities.
Review from Marketing Dept
They're passionate and believe in the company
Review from Marketing Dept
It feels that they are making the best decisions to provide us with the resources to produce a category-winning product and provide our customers with the solutions they need.
Review from Marketing Dept
So far, the leadership team has been very transparent, and does a good job of projecting values that the whole company is aligned with.
Review from Marketing Dept
Have a vision, have clear goals and communicate them. Also, empathy. SLT does is not relatable and does not communicate in a way that drives any enthusiasm or sense of belonging. What's been made clear is we're here to make the company money, and that is not a particularly inspiring goal/vision.
Review from Marketing Dept
Hiring diverse talent. Ensuring there is diverse representation at every level in each department. Train managers as people leaders. Hiring managers based on people skills verses individual contribution.
Review from Marketing Dept
Acknowledging areas where we've made mistakes
Review from Marketing Dept
Stop rushing things to market simply because a 'leader' thinks it's doable. From the launch of USM to now the AU Data Center, these projects got timelined by people how are extremely disconnected from the work that needs to be done, everyone had to rush, abandon fundamental work, etc..
Review from Marketing Dept
Company culture is very serious and not conducive to fostering and building interpersonal relationships, which is important to get workers to stay. C-suite sets that tone.
Review from Marketing Dept
virtual work; unlimited PTO; health insurance; 401K
Review from Marketing Dept
zero premium healthcare and flexible time off when needed
Review from Marketing Dept
Unlimited personal time off, vacation.
Review from Marketing Dept
I'm happy with the competitive salary and the RSU payout
Review from Marketing Dept
benefits and ability to work remotely
Review from Marketing Dept
I feel undervalued because there was no compensation reconciliation when RSUs no longer became a part of our comp plan. I would feel better if the company increases our base pay now that equity is no longer a part of our comp plans.
Review from Marketing Dept
Losing RSU's a few years ago because I'm a level 6 has been hard. I feel like I've lost out on money staying here
Review from Marketing Dept
A higher/more competitve base salary.
Review from Marketing Dept
I think as a whole the company should review the compensation of many roles/ individuals. I don't always think everyone is paid at market value. I think Smartsheet is an incredible product and I love my coworkers and the companies values but we should review compensation.
Review from Marketing Dept
Overall, compensation is fine as of now.
Review from Marketing Dept
support; willingness to step in when needed; team mindset
Review from Marketing Dept
A collaborative team, willingness to help and share ideas
Review from Marketing Dept
Caring personalities. Extra words to submit.
Review from Marketing Dept
Smart, funny, everyone enjoys their job and is happy to help when you have a question
Review from Marketing Dept
Everyone here is very smart, innovative, passionate about doing a good job. They are constrained by a meeting-heavy, everyone-has-to-touch-a-project culture.
Review from Marketing Dept
Inclusive behavior (not interrupting one another), creating and following an agenda for meetings, waiting to speak until all team members have had an opportunity to contribute to conversations, using the raised hand function.
Review from Marketing Dept
very inclusive atmosphere; you can find a place to feel comfortable
Review from Marketing Dept
The people are actually nice and good people
Review from Marketing Dept
Everyone is friendly, accessible, and the culture is diverse and supportive
Review from Marketing Dept
Within my org, it is encouraged to test out new ideas. This provides us the opportunity to grow and learn new ways to approach things.
Review from Marketing Dept
safe spaces to be who you are at work
Review from Marketing Dept
C-suite leaders do not seem accessible, do not participate in Ergs, do not foster communication and bonding
Review from Marketing Dept
Very non traditional. They wanted to hear stories not a laundry list
Review from Marketing Dept
The people I interviewed with were very organized in what they were interviewing for. Each person was very courteous of my time and the time of the other interviewers
Review from Marketing Dept
The progression and time/challenge at each stage of the interview is what I expect when applying to a good company. The interview process was thorough, but not unnecessarily difficult or taxing. I felt like they gave me all the opportunities to prove my self.
Review from Marketing Dept
I liked that I was able to talk to the team and even meet my hiring manager for coffee before my full loop. It made me feel a lot more comfortable when interviewing with the rest of the team.

There aren't any Interviews reviews of Smartsheet yet.

coworkers, solving problems, completing work
Review from Marketing Dept
tbh the benefits package makes me want to give all I have to help the company succeed as they are taking care of me and my life.
Review from Marketing Dept
The type of work I do and contributions I feel I make to the company.
Review from Marketing Dept
My team, getting things accomplished
Review from Marketing Dept
Working with our customers and witnessing them realize the benefits of Smartsheet.
Review from Marketing Dept
Company is making many missteps with pricing model, chasing short term profit for long term churn and brand damage. Eroding customer trust.
Review from Marketing Dept
No vision, no goals, no understanding of what we're working towards (aside from earning the company money). Leaders are unrelatable and uninspiring. They come across and unempathetic and are clearly very removed from the day to day, which makes them sound out of touch. It all rolls downhill.
Review from Marketing Dept
The growth and opportunity to have an impact
Review from Marketing Dept
It would be great to have a more concrete plan in place in order to make processes better for certain teams.
