I am proud to work here and be a part of the impact that we make. My experience has been positive but I do feel that the day-to-day has become tougher due to outside forces (i.e. economy). Promotions take longer, there's limited career movement, and budgets remain flat.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within my org, it is encouraged to test out new ideas. This provides us the opportunity to grow and learn new ways to approach things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It feels that they are making the best decisions to provide us with the resources to produce a category-winning product and provide our customers with the solutions they need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because there was no compensation reconciliation when RSUs no longer became a part of our comp plan. I would feel better if the company increases our base pay now that equity is no longer a part of our comp plans.
