They are very visible, active, and transparent in the work that they are going. I don't think I've been at a company where the CEO provides as much direct access to their work and connects as much with individual employees as Mark Mader does.

The stock options were a really nice perk, especially with the company going public. I feel like my compensation package in general is slightly above market, not excellent, but the stock helps as the price (hopefully) continues to climb

The executive team is putting its full weight behind DEI efforts, which is a positive sign. I would like to see that great work continue to drive change throughout our organization.

Very non traditional. They wanted to hear stories not a laundry list

The progression and time/challenge at each stage of the interview is what I expect when applying to a good company. The interview process was thorough, but not unnecessarily difficult or taxing. I felt like they gave me all the opportunities to prove my self.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love connecting with customers when working on content projects, especially the guest author blog post series I helped develop. I also love partnering with the UX team on projects that impact the in-app experience that require a brand marketing perspective.
