I get the impression that there is little tolerance for differences of opinion, and that leadership needs to be navigated rather than being approached thoughtfully. I've seen a reactive tone from some leaders, which has led to finger-pointing. I would like to see support for more diverse opinions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation packages lag the market. Minimal to no growth opportunities.

Pay current employees at what we'd bring in external talent for. I know this is tricky but we're in a place of rapid growth and also losing good talent due to pay. I don't want to leave Smartsheet but I could leave for a very large pay increase.

If I went to another similar company doing the same role, I would be able to get a much higher base salary. But overall, I'm paid well - I just know I could get more being a new employee at another company. Even knowing that, I still do not want to leave Smartsheet.

I would like to see more openness from leadership, as well as expectations that are more realistic. Everything operates at such a frenetic level - which I'm used to at tech companies - but there doesn't seem to be a handle on what's truly urgent vs. what is actually a priority.
