What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's fair considering my responsibilities, but it may seem lacking compared to other tech companies.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My co-workers are approachable and always up for having a chat, especially when I come across a problem.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I'd like to see a focus on prioritizing in a way that is mindful of workloads and feasible, not an environment where everything seems to be on fire.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I get the impression that there is little tolerance for differences of opinion, and that leadership needs to be navigated rather than being approached thoughtfully. I've seen a reactive tone from some leaders, which has led to finger-pointing. I would like to see support for more diverse opinions.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I would like to see more openness from leadership, as well as expectations that are more realistic. Everything operates at such a frenetic level - which I'm used to at tech companies - but there doesn't seem to be a handle on what's truly urgent vs. what is actually a priority.
