What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay levels are fair. The discount through the employee stock purchase plan is very generous.

I love that Smartsheet people are so open to working together. The complexity of the software design and development processes means that no one person can have the skills or experience to direct all aspects of new product development on their own.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The openness of employees makes Smartsheet a fun place to work and increases the velocity at which we are able to work together to come up with innovative new ideas and bring them to reality.
