The 2015 Stock Options, since going public have been realized into real dollars which have been great. I wish I would have joined the team sooner, and fought for more options to start, and at annual reviews. Previous Startups I had 2% stock, and the company flopped. I devalued options by mistake.

I am compensated for my experience and expertise. In fact, I now make more money than ever...ever. Somewhat surprised at my bonus--more than I've ever received. And I'm receiving actual shares of stock vs options. I expected a little more...ever so slightly disappointed.

The work spaces are beautiful. Additionally, the video conferencing is really helpful. I also like the calm yet focused atmoaphere of the office
