What is the best part about your compensation package?
The free care.com and modern health accounts

It was the RSUs but now that the company is private, we'll have to wait to see if the modify the compensation package accordingly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly, nice and understanding. There doesn't seem to be any ego's making it difficult to accomplish what you need to. Everyone seems to really be understanding and helpful wanting to make sure I have what I need to succeed.
