HubSpot: Very happy to have my job. Tried to figure out how to word my other feeling, but I'm at a loss for this short word count. HubSpot: It's not perfect, and there are days that I don't feel as positive, but overall this is a great place to work. Leadership cares about the mission and that is supported by most everyone else. You can feel proud of that mission and the work you do here, and the opportunities you have for growth.
HubSpot: encourage grounds up ideas and suggestions
HubSpot: HubSpot is a great company!
HubSpot: Generally I think it's a great place to work. My biggest piece of feedback is that the culture is very geared to reward and recognizing an individual instead of a team. I think that a more broad recognition of team efforts would net out a better more considered product.
HubSpot: Everyone wants to help one another and is so approachable
HubSpot: Most of us are always happy to trade knowledge and jump on calls to discuss challenges. This is a big perk since I'm not in the same work location as them.
HubSpot: my compensation is competitive. That combined with the flexibility and goals of the company make me satisfied with my compensation
Chick-fil-A: In the beginning, my work experience started great then went downhill. Now I show up to work dreading it due to the sheer toxicness. I hate that they choose favorites and bend the rules for their favorites. I try my best to come to work with a smile but lately, I can't handle the bad atmosphere.

RC is like no other company I’ve ever worked for due to the p
RingCentral: The company/job provides what I need to live where and how I do, which I am extremely grateful. However, in my day-to-day role, I am not frequently challenged, and the red tape required to make an impact or do my job well is frustrating, and doesn't allow for the pace I prefer.
