Lamar Advertising: I really like my job and this company, but the fact that management can change the pay structure at any time is not ok (3 changes in the last 4 years at my plant and every change I got paid less even though I was bringing in substantially more money for the company). Sales needs to be paid more.

Lamar Advertising: Fantastic programs both professional and personally. I was a bit upset that the health coverages changed to only one plan as now my prescriptions are astronomically expensive with a fairly average deductible.

Lamar Advertising: Great job, but pay can and should be more for the amount of work put in. Base pay is incredibly low where I practically solely rely on my commission payments for all bills and personal life. The breakdown of $300 and change a week for base pay is so low after taxes ($600 and change after 2 weeks).

NETSCOUT: I've been on the same product for a very long time. It's a good product, but it's unusual to spend this much time on a single product in my experience. I have watched it grow from little more than a science project to a solid, reliable, and trusted tool.

Global Atlantic Financial Group: Good in most ways, but with some stresses around technology. Zoom is markedly worse than Teams for meetings, cameras should default to on, really really miss access to ChatGPT which I have used in prior roles to markedly increase and improve productivity
