Great job, but pay can and should be more for the amount of work put in. Base pay is incredibly low where I practically solely rely on my commission payments for all bills and personal life. The breakdown of $300 and change a week for base pay is so low after taxes ($600 and change after 2 weeks).

Salaries are incredibly low. Commission percentages are very low as well. If you sell out of market, it takes the same work as selling within your own market but you still only make 1% commission. Paying more would retain employees.
