We are open and honest about how we can improve as a team.

My team is like my second family and everyone provides a certain level of energy and expertise - it's a great feeling.

Review from Executive Dept

since we've all know one another for so long we can anticipate needs.

We all work really well together, enjoy being around each other (for the most part) and look forward to working together each week.

We have a diverse group of team members. Everyone is genuinely interested in seeing you succeed professionally and personally.

Comradery and the sense of all driving in the same direction.

We get along fairly well.

They truly treat each other like a family.

Caring individuals who do an amazing job with being constantly understaffed

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Paying attention to detail and listening

There is a lot of good ole boy club mentality still and we need to move away from that. What was in the past is not what is in the future.

Review from Executive Dept

A better hiring system the peopel getting hired have no idea what a hammer or drill is and do not listen and dont want to learn they just want s pay check

Review from Operations Dept

We all should understand how our jobs intersect with one another.

Review from Sales Dept

They are lazy and whiny and show no teamwork. They are always worried about what the other is doing for the day. I get belittled when I take a day off. The new guys nothing said to the when they do. Is it because they won't do certain jobs they feel overworked.

Review from Operations Dept

I work remotely so do not see or visit with coworkers often.

Review from Sales Dept

A better team approach, starting with sales manager down.

Review from Sales Dept

Worry about what they have to do than what you have to do for work

Review from Operations Dept

We work together fine. Management makes us feel non-important

Review from Sales Dept

Pettiness and distraction needs to improve.

More focus on actually getting work done and less about what could be done.

Review from Sales Dept

listen to what is being told to them

Review from Operations Dept

Motivation and willingness to work

Review from Operations Dept

There are some that only do their job and nothing for the betterment of the team.

Review from Sales Dept

Have everyone in the office early and the same time

Review from Executive Dept

more guidance from our manager

Some coworkers are given too much leeway with attendance and other issues because discipline is so touchy. I know there are processes and steps, but I don't feel like we take them we just move the work to reliable others, which causes burnout.

There are two solid coworkers that help out and do their part. supposedly I am supposed to be working with someone else to split workload but everything gets sent to me while she sits around. And management doesn't care or get involved in separating the work or increasing my pay

Lower their voices when in the office, the yelling from office to office to have simple conversations needs to stop. They need to be considerate to others.

Many members of the sales team have very poor communication with other departments and do not reply to emails which causes a delay in accomplishing simple tasks
