Review from Executive Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The compensation needs to equate to the amount of work and experience.

Direction needs to come feom home office. The hust make up rules and change them when they want. Also they need to treat everyone equaly. They make it clear if they like you or not.

General managers are too powerful and will bury you if they don't like you. They don't like you making more money than them too. They cap your earnings.

Review from Sales Dept

My location has had problems for quite a while the company is a whole doesn't seem to be worried about us the newest management has divided us so bad that we went Union so that has just made the relationship between the company and the installer is worse I wish somebody higher up cared

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Through any survey nothing has ever changed or gotten better..q

Review from Operations Dept

the management is bad and the morale is bad. No one likes working for her.

Review from Sales Dept

I really don't know for sure

Review from Operations Dept

COMMUNICATION!! Trust all employees. Treat all employees all the same. Able to talk to each other, even in other departments and not get accused of something that is not happening from upper management. To go to upper management with issues and concerns and not get yelled at or put down

Review from Sales Dept

Previously stated, underpaid, underappreciated. Pay better, offer incentives so people can make a living instead of barely scraping by.

Review from Operations Dept

its hot and the salary is low, give more money

Review from Operations Dept

Pay rates work environment better way to treat people

Review from Operations Dept

I am burnt out & broke. Financially, this has been the toughest year yet! The cost of living is just out of control and it's hard to stay positive when things don't seem to be getting any better!

I feel that corporate is very disconnected from local plants, there are not enough updates and communication. This could be easily improved with more communication from the top down. Valuing long standing employees with raises. More opportunities for growth outside of sales.

I should not be expected to work 3 different positions with no help. Things keep getting sent to me and the only time I get recognized or talked to is when something goes wrong (90% not my issue, someone else's fault). Manager is unaware of what really goes on and the morale here is terrible

Sales team is not cohesive, different rules exist for different employees
