Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
commission structure has been changed for the benefit of Lamar and not the employee. Commission % is now based on hitting our budgets at the same time production is no longer counted towards budgets. There is compensation tied to the plant (National) hitting budget which is out of our control

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lamar treats their employees like family and gives us the best events and get togethers.

I think we all are happy to be at work. Just getting a "Good Morning" from my coworkers makes my day! I find work to be a very uplifting environment. "Leave every place better than you found it" is always on my mind. I think that is so special personally and professionally.
