I can say with full confidence that my team is the absolute best team to work with! They are creative, driven, and enthusiastic.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when working on and bringing new projects to life! When you start something from scratch, it is incredible to see the final outcome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has given me many opportunities that I had only dreamed about prior to starting at Lamar! I can only speak about a handful of people in leadership, but they have made my career goals more clear and encourage me to do my best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we all are happy to be at work. Just getting a "Good Morning" from my coworkers makes my day! I find work to be a very uplifting environment. "Leave every place better than you found it" is always on my mind. I think that is so special personally and professionally.
