They have been around Lamar a long time and understand our business.
Very supportive and always open to listen
They are always available if I have a question.
They are actively engaged in growing the company and try to stay ahead of where we need them to be to do our part in that same mission.
I'm allowed to do the job I was trained for without micro managing
valuing employees and retaining them
Our branch is bui;ding an atmosphere of no accountability but instead blame and finger pointing. They need to get better at acknowledging problems exist and finding solutions
showing loyal long time employees they are valued. Giving them proper raises that are not "cost of living" raises. 1% to 3% does not help to cover cost of living expenses when inflation is above 5%.
Provide additional resources. They roll out new things, like Charting, Salesforce and MOBLIs and nothing is ever right or more efficient. National sales can't even report projections to the local level. Also, many complain that there is not enough flexibility or the option of a hybrid schedule.
Getting paid on time every month.
Well, the salary/bonus structure in and of itself is great to start with. Still, I specifically appreciate the Stock Options and ability to buy common stock at a discount each quarter.
It covers everything I need
I like the incentive package
Stock plan and GM bonus structure
Consistent high level performers deserve a higher level base pay. Those that outperform others on a timeline scale are more valuable to the company. And the company is at more risk to lose those individuals
A yearly cost of living raise should be giver to all employees.
I don't think it's the right approach to not give GM's, SM's and RM's raises - only bonus opportunities.
Pay gaps are just huge. Being with the company a long time is not rewarded at all.
I am not paid the same as my counterparts.
They show up and seem to genuinely care about work.
the cultue we operate in is fantastic and we truly all are one team
We are open and honest about how we can improve as a team.
We all work really well together, enjoy being around each other (for the most part) and look forward to working together each week.
Friendly people to work with
communication and replying in a timely manner
I have a few coworkers that are wonderful and amazing. There are several that are very immature and do not know how to interact with people. I'm not sure what they need.
There are some really negative folks here and it seems that they don't understand how good things are here sometimes.
We are truly a team and a family , we help each other out.
very much open communication and transparecny in our office
We are encouraged to grow and not just "manage" the company.
It's very inclusive and positive
Everyone strives for a common goal of success for the individual office and the company as a whole.

Making budget ahead of time always makes everyone happy.
Each day gives me purpose from a growth standpoint.
Seeing my coworkers on a daily basis..
Meeting and exceeding our goals.
Being able to see the results of my efforts.
I feel that corporate is very disconnected from local plants, there are not enough updates and communication. This could be easily improved with more communication from the top down. Valuing long standing employees with raises. More opportunities for growth outside of sales.
how change is presented and impact the field. IT seems way behind the times - apps that should talk to each other don't. Example Charting and billing, UKG problematic for employees.
not enough of golden rule atmosphere
More support from corporate to help local plants and more staff locally so people aren't doing 3 people's jobs. Management is the backup for coordinators bc we don't have enough people. Also, offering a remote or hybrid schedule would help work/life balance as an option for those who are reliable.
