Everything is great, but the pay. Maybe give a one time actual inflation raise to employees who make less than six figures. Invest in people over systems.

I've been here for years and my pay is close to what is advertised for entry level employees. It stings.

Better compensation for the years of work & also the option for some time of commission compensation incentive. Also, the option for paid unused PTO

I feel with the rate at which rent and cost of living is increasing, i believe there should be higher pay to adjust. the 3% pay increase is not enough to keep long term employees with rates increasing so drastically. Its a major deterring factor for me.

Stop paying new employees more than the people who have been here for years

LET. US. WORK. FROM. HOME. You can't claim to be an environmentally-friendly company and then demand everyone drive to and from work every day when your employees can just as easily work from home, and be much happier doing it!

I enjoy the opportunities for professional development that happen year-round. There are many instances where I gain a new perspective or skill from our quarterly talks as Lamar Artists.
