Everything is great, but the pay. Maybe give a one time actual inflation raise to employees who make less than six figures. Invest in people over systems.

I've been here for years and my pay is close to what is advertised for entry level employees. It stings.

We all have years of outdoor experience. Some people just aren't cut out for it. I've seen some come and go. But, our office is billboard people.
