What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supervisior sells against sales exeutives, adding hurdles to success. Do not adhere to the same sales policies that I am required to adhere to. Have been yelled at by GM and Supervisior which has changed the dynamic of our relationship. I feel unvalued.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Merit increases should be awarded yearly and not every two years. The expectation is for you to perform each year above and beyond, so why shouldn't a successful company follow the same rules for merit increases.

Wages have not kept up with cost of living. Going backwards. auto reimbursement often does not cover expenses. Company insurance requirements cost delays and cause inefficiencies, which impact cashflow and bonuses.

I do not believe the pay is where it should be for the position or comparable for the industry.

Pay should be higher for the amount of work and responsibility demanded from the position

I would make our base pay higher. It is hard to focus solely on your job when you are worrying about being able to provide for your family if sales aren't flowing in.

There is a lot of good ole boy club mentality still and we need to move away from that. What was in the past is not what is in the future.
