There has been some negative energy flowing throughout our office for quite some time which has resulted in the letting go of very good employees. A toxic boss is never a good thing, so we try to maintain a healthy mental attitude and attempt to understand their need to squash everyone around them.

Caring people and will help you if you have a problem. Work or personal.

I think the retirement is great

It would be nice to get a little more of an increase every now and then and be recognized for your hard work and dedication.

I have strived to be better than my team, I go above the rest and that doesn't seem to matter most days. There is only 1 person on this team that is favored.

Yearly raises are very small. Economy has gone up substancially.

I sometimes feel that there is a lot of reasonability and wear many hats and do not always get compensated for everything that you take on each and everyday.

I think we all take on alot of work in the office, and we are really doing the job of two people. I don't think I am underpaid, but a few dollars more an hour would be acceptable to make up for the extra work we are doing on a daily basis

Most have a positive attitude and communicate efficiently and openly. Some are energetic, some have a great sense of humor, are respectful and helpful.

They need to be more productive, stay off of their phones during the day. One coworker in particular has a very nasty attitude at work

Some of my team does not seem to be productive as others on my team. There are several that play on their phone ALOT during the day. One in particular stops working at 4:00 pm no matter what time she is scheduled to be off that day.

Generally good people who care about and look out for each other.

You can do quality work without constant oversight.

Everyone helps everyone and get along

They care about the individual, your not just a number a sheet.

For the most part, this is a family friendly/oriented culture/environment.

The company as a whole is great, my department needs a lot of work

Actually seeing everyone. After Covid kept us apart for all those years it's really nice to see everybody again.

Vision on our financial system transformation project seems unrealistic and I don't believe we are taking steps to address it
