So much better than the company I was at before this job. The management lets you do your job without looking over your shoulder for everything you do.

Yearly raises are very small. Economy has gone up substancially.

They care about the individual, your not just a number a sheet.

Salary seems low and yearly increase of $.24 doesn't seem like very much when I compare my hourly rate to a cashier at McDonalds or Chick-fila
