It's a good place to work and will be great once we catch up with the necessary changes to our technology and processes. I think we fell too far behind in many areas, and catching up all at once like this is stressing long time members of the team out, and making us appear unstable to newcomers.

Pay for mileage instead of the auto allowance. Gas prices fluctuate, and management's demand for "face to face" business continues to be a focus, but I am not compensated for the gas, wear and tear, more frequent oil changes, etc. Also pay a better / more competitive base salary.
